We were so excited to begin looking for our very own lake house back in March and we knew we had to have the help of Paige Patterson. She is a well known real estate agent on Lake Martin and we trusted her and believed her experience would help us choose the best location and home we were dreaming of. We looked at many properties over several different weekends and I must say, when you know-you know! Our goal was to be in the house before Memorial day and with the help of our agent Paige Patterson, the closing attorneys at Fuller Hampton, and our lender First Bank that goal was met! We wrote an offer, negotiated many items, came to an agreement that pleased both parties and closed in less than 2 months.
We just spent our first weekend in our "piece of paradise" and it was incredible. It truly felt like home from the minute we walked through the door. We are so thankful for everyone who helped us and we know we are right where we belong! We love Lake Martin!!
